The WISETOPIA website at wisetopia.com is operated by Zhixing Yuanjing (Taizhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (知行远景（台州）科技有限公司, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms explain the rules for accessing the website and using its content.

This website presents company information, projects and contact details. It does not provide user accounts, online transactions, subscriptions or other online business services. A project description does not mean that the software is available to use or buy through this website. Business arrangements, licences and product use are subject to separate agreements.

2. Content rights and permitted use

Rights in the website’s text, graphics, marks and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Presenting a project does not mean that the company owns all prior work or third-party materials associated with it.

You may browse the website and briefly quote content in which we own the rights for non-commercial introduction, commentary or learning, provided you credit the source, link to the page and retain relevant rights notices. The Chinese and English versions are intended to convey the same meaning. If their interpretation differs, the Chinese version prevails, without affecting mandatory legal requirements or your statutory rights.
