1. Who we are and what this notice covers

The WISETOPIA website at wisetopia.com is operated by Zhixing Yuanjing (Taizhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (知行远景（台州）科技有限公司, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at info@wisetopia.com about this notice or our handling of information.

This is an informational company website presenting our company, projects and contact details. It has no user registration, sign-in, contact forms, uploads, payments or other online business services. This notice covers this website only; it does not replace privacy information for other websites or standalone products.

2. Visiting the website and essential network processing

You do not need to submit your name, phone number or other personal details to browse this website. We do not deploy advertising, visitor analytics or cross-site tracking scripts. Web fonts, images and page scripts are served from this website; reading text also uses fonts already available on your device. There are no embedded third-party players, social widgets or external font services.

Technical service providers process the network request information needed to deliver pages to your device, operate the website and protect it against attacks. This may include IP addresses, request times and URLs, and browser or device information. Necessary request records are used for service operation, troubleshooting and security, and retained for those purposes and applicable legal requirements. We do not maintain a separate database of visitor profiles or use this information for advertising tracking or visitor profiling.

Network services may involve facilities outside mainland China, so necessary request information may be processed outside mainland China.

3. Language preferences and the copy-email button

When you visit the homepage without a language prefix, the website first uses your saved language preference. If none is available, it chooses Chinese or English based on your browser’s language settings. It remembers the choice in your browser’s local storage under wisetopia.locale, containing only zh or en. Switching languages updates this setting. The website does not upload this local-storage record or use it as a visitor identifier.

The setting has no expiry set by the website. It normally remains until you clear this website’s data or your browser removes it. You can delete or restrict local storage through your browser’s website-data settings. If storage is blocked, you can still browse by opening /zh/ or /en/ directly. Our pages do not themselves set cookies, and the language preference does not use cookies.

The copy-email button only writes our public email address to your clipboard. It does not read clipboard contents or send a message. Email links open your chosen email application; you decide whether to send an email.

4. Emails you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in the message or attachments. We use it only to respond to and handle your enquiry or potential collaboration, and to meet related legal obligations. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

We use an enterprise email service in mainland China. Incoming correspondence is handled only within the enterprise email system and is not imported into other business systems. The email provider processes information needed for delivery, storage and security. The email provider you use to contact us has its own applicable rules.

We keep ordinary enquiries only as long as needed to complete the correspondence and remove them when that purpose has ended. Records needed for an actual business relationship, disputes or legal retention obligations are kept according to those purposes and requirements. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s information that you are not entitled to provide.

5. Disclosure and security

We do not sell personal information or provide it for third-party advertising or marketing. Apart from the necessary hosting and email processing described here, and disclosures required by law, we do not provide your email information to unrelated third parties. Using these service providers does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

We apply access controls and security measures appropriate to these activities, and limit mailbox access to people who need it for their work. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. If an incident affects relevant information, we will take remedial action and give notifications as required by law.

6. Your rights and how to contact us

Contact info@wisetopia.com to ask about our processing or exercise your rights under applicable law. These may include access to and copies of personal information we hold about you, correction or completion, deletion, and restriction of or objection to unnecessary processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent as provided by law.

We will verify your identity only to the extent necessary and handle your request promptly under applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why. You need to clear a locally stored language preference on your own device; we cannot delete it remotely. This notice does not limit other rights available to you or your right to complain to a competent authority.

7. Changes and language versions

If website features or processing activities change, we will update this notice and its last-updated date, and provide further notice or seek consent where required by law. This notice explains our processing; continuing to browse is not treated as blanket consent to all processing.
